well-appointed apartments. Far reaching sea views across the valley to Ifach
Rock and Golf Course, air conditioned bedrooms, UK satellite TV and wi-fi
broadband. Tastefully furnished throughout with new kitchens and bathrooms,
fabulous poolside area and surrounding terraces.
Villa Bellissima is a magnificent 6 bedroom villa conveniently
situated on the upmarket San Jaime Residential Urbanisation and within walking
distance of the Golf Club, Supermarket, bank, pharmacy, restaurants and Baladrar
Beach. The property offers everything you could wish for in a holiday villa
There is off-street parking for 3 vehicules, summer kitchen/bar, BBQ,
fish-pond, tropical gardens, larger than average swimming pool, numerous outdoor
relaxing & sunbathing areas to catch the sun at any time of the day and high
quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings. This large modern house is spread
over three floors, the main and upper are joined at the interior and the ground
floor is accessed from the outside.
The entrance from the street is via an arched gateway and there is
off-street parking for 4 or 5 vehicles. From the driveway there is easy access
to both floors.
Entrance to the upper floor is via a hall from
the pool terrace to the bedrooms and living area.
There is a
stunning high-tech kitchen
with a large and unusual oval shaped centre island that houses the sink. All
appliances are built-in: dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and extractor as well
as a feature built-in Espresso machine. The kitchen has a large wall
mounted TV with UK Satellite channels and multi aspect views onto the terraces,
valley and sea over the golf course. The lounge/dining room
is extremely spacious and features crushed velvet sofas, a large wall mounted TV
(again with UK channels) and a formal high gloss ebony dining table for 6. The
surrounding windows provide stunning views of the fairways and greens. The
focal point is the strikingly modern central glass gas-fuelled fireplace. Access onto the evening terrace is via french doors to the left with high tables
and barstools - ideal for pre-dinner sundowners! Directly off the lounge is
the turret foyer with access to
the upper double bedroom via an open-plan circular staircase.
This foyer also provides access to
another bedroom with ensuite. Another door leads into a
Jack and Jill bathroom with mood lighting, walk-in shower,
separate double end bath with hydro-massage and a modern vanity unit. Through the other side of this bathroom is
another double bedroom
with wall mounted TV, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Access from this
bedroom is also possible from the hall by the front door. This hallway also
provides access to another double room with fitted wardrobes
and there is another separate family bathroom with walk in
shower, designer WC and vanity unit.
The downstairs apartment
has its own entrance, so this villa is perfect for families sharing or for a
family with teens. Access is gained from the driveway and door opens into
spacious open-plan living/dining room and American kitchen
with a range of units incorporating a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and
dishwasher. This floor has two double bedrooms and two
(One en-suite) and again each room has been decorated with its own design brief.
ACCOMMODATION SUMMARY -

Lounge/dining room with American kitchen, 2 double bedrooms. 2 bath/shower rooms
(1 en-suite). Main Floor - Lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 3
bath/shower room (2 ensuite). Upper Floor - 1 double
bedroom. NB: All bedrooms have double beds.
The large 1,000m2 plot is distributed on two levels.
On the upper level is a
large 10 x 5 pool with children's slide and basketball net and terraces which
extend from one end of the garden to another. At one end there is a covered
BBQ and a fully fitted summer kitchen with fridge freezer, drinks fridge, oven,
hob set behind a large American bar equipped with 10 bar-stools and a large
table for al-fresco dining. The BBQ is located beside a large fish pond with a
stock of Koi and common carp. Some of the Koi's are quite tame and can be fed by
hand. At the other end is an artificial-grass area, for serious sun-bathing,
with a shady pergola equipped with a table and easy chairs.On the lower level
there is a pleasant garden area set out with a shady gezebo, tables and chairs. The surrounding gardens have been carefully planned and maintained and offer a
variety of Mediterranean trees and plants.
Villa Bellissima comes highly
recommended and mere words and photos cannot do it justice as everything has
been planned and put together without regard to cost. Due to the quality of
furnishings and fittings and extra deposit of £400 is required against
Long Winter Season Lets: From £1.500 p.m. + utilities
two or more seasons are pro-rata.
Divide these weekly rates by 7 and multiply by the number of NIGHTS for
each season. We will confirm the actual price on request.

a limited supply of 'portable air-conditioners' which can be added as an extra
