Features


Entrance to the villa is via large double gates on to a sweeping driveway leading up to the front of this very beautiful villa with parking for several cars.
The main entrance is via a Toscan stone arched porch into an impressive grand hallway with an open dog leg style staircase and galleried landing.

From here there is a doorway leading into the 'L' shaped lounge/diner furnished to a very high standard with an eclectic mix of antique, rattan and modern furniture with feature Toscan stone open fireplace.
From both the lounge and dining area there are patio doors leading to the large wraparound covered 'Naya' (summer porch) with feature Toscan stone arches, rattan furniture with dining and lounge facilities, a flat screen TV with Spanish satellite T.V. and DVD player.

There is a large country style kitchen/breakfast room with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, double sink and marble work surfaces.
There is a breakfast bar with a further dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa, T.V. and a feature Toscan stone wall. The separate utility room houses the washing machine and dryer.

A doorway leads to the rear courtyard with a brick built BBQ and pizza oven which in turn leads through to a drying area with double sink and entrance to the full size tennis court.

From the hallway of the villa you will find a family bathroom with a bath, double wash hand basins, W.C and bidet. The bathroom is tiled entirely in marble!

Further along the hallway you have the first of three bedrooms in the main villa. Bedroom one with a large 6ft bed, fitted and free standing wardrobes. Bedroom two with a 5ft bed, fitted wardrobe with en-suite bathroom consisting of bath, double wash hand basins, W.C. and bidet, again, tiled entirely in marble.

A staircase leads up to bedroom three with another 5ft bed, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with a bath with shower over, double wash hand basins, W.C. and bidet.
On this level there is a large open reading/yoga room for meditation or just relaxing enjoying the tranquil setting whilst overlooking the views to the Arenal beach and the beautiful Montgo valley.

The apartment has a separate entrance at the front of the villa, but also an internal staircase connects both accommodations.
The main entrance leads into an open plan split level lounge/diner with comfortable lounge furniture with a modern glass and rattan table and chairs, a flat screen TV with Spanish satellite T.V. There is a small separate modern kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, granite work surface and a breakfast table and chairs.
There are two bedrooms on this level. Bedroom one with a 4.6ft double bed, free standing wardrobe, air conditioning and a 2 seater bedroom sofa. The 2nd. Bedroom has twin beds with a free standing wardrobe and a sofa/day bed.
These bedrooms share a family shower room with walk-in shower, wash hand basin, W.C. and bidet.

 There is a doorway within the apartment that leads down to a wine cellar which is a natural cave! (Sorry no wine!).

Outside, the grounds of the villa are extremely spacious and well kept with manicured gardens and an abundance of Mediterranean trees and shrubs with lawned areas and an ornate stepped pathway.
The pathway leads to the larger than average 10m x 5m swimming pool, with roman style steps, overlooking an orchard with orange, lemon and nispero trees with the full size tennis court on the far side of the villa.

Due to the quality of furnishings the owner requests that rental is restricted to a maximum of 8 guests.

Dates covering two or more seasons are pro-rata. Divide these weekly rates by 7 and multiply by the number of NIGHTS for each season. We will confirm the actual price on request.

There is no inventory deposit for this villa. Please add £7.00 per person for breakage insurance.

Extra Persons: Charges for extra persons over the normal capacity, e.g. "6 + 1 (extra)" -

Extra Folding Bed £65.00 p.w. (includes linen, with weekly changes).
Travel Cot £25.00 p.w. (towels only provided, with weekly changes).
High Chair £15.00 p.w.

Payment Arrangements: 30% on booking, balance 2 months before holiday start date, other arrangements on application.

Payments can be made in £sterling or Euros, by bank transfer or credit card (VISA or MasterCard).

Air Conditioning is available at many villas, please check the villa details or ask if you are unsure. The use of air conditioning is an optional extra charged at £25.00 per week, per room. Where not available we have a limited supply of 'portable air-conditioners' which can be added as an extra at time of booking. The price is £100 p/week, p/unit and subject to availability.

The Holiday Rental Includes -

Exclusive use of the whole property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.

Domestic Services: Preparation before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and kitchen towels (changed every full week) - for the NORMAL capacity.
Extra persons are charged as above and a folding bed or cot & highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
Assistance and Support during your holiday.
We provide telephone and mobile numbers.

Normal Changeover is any day of the week but we cannot accept bookings that leave un-bookable days during July and August. Please remember that midweek flights are generally cheaper.
