Many properties are close to the town or beach, so once you
are installed and stocked up, your car could be left at home.
However, the outlying areas generally offer better views and, during high
and peak seasons, a greater degree of peace and tranquility.
Decide on the Resort
Many of our properties are in Moraira which is quite small
(approx. 6 sq. miles) and the terrain slopes quite steeply up from the
coast. Therefore none of them are a great distance from the beach, shops
or other facilities and, although we recommend a hire-car for everyone,
this is mainly due to the high cost of the airport taxi transfer and to

With 10 miles of coastline it has more to offer in terms of beaches and
leisure facilities - but you can drive there from Moraira in around 15
Jalón, Alcalalí and Parcent are located in the green and fertile Jalón
Valley - which is enclosed by foothills and delightfully rural!
All of the country areas offer a variety of inns and restaurants, peace
and quiet - and a half-hour drive to the coast!

Most of the properties offered have private pools and there
is hardly any more that we can say about these.
We also have a limited number of apartments and villas with
shared pools which offer the same quality of accommodation at a
considerably lower rental and the communal facilities vary from one to the
The main attraction is for children, especially those interested in
languages, and for them we recommend the Villotel Complex. This has
a very large pool, tennis courts, children's playground, mini-golf,
table-tennis, pool tables, a pool-side snack-bar and children of all ages
. . . and, if there is a conflict of interests, we would suggest one week
here and another in a villa with a private pool!
The Village and Beach-side Apartments are ideal for those
who do not drive at all, are looking for the social life, or whose leisure
pursuits dictate simply an economical base - most have lifts and many have
secure off-street parking.

The Villa description will form part of your contract and each property is
assessed individually and graded according to -
